Security Perimeter Fence
The perimeter is fenced off with a 2.5m height wire netting supported by concrete poles. It runs along the 7,500 meters perimeter of the Industrial Park. |

Towering Water Supply Tank
It is made of concrete, it rises to 30 meters and can hold 350,000 liters of water. The water comes from underground drilling and it is distributed thought the net that supplies the industrial plants already open. |

Water Distribution Net
It is built with asbestos cement pipes, which diameters range between 60 and 350 millimeters. It is 9 km long and it runs along the streets to provide water supply to all the parcels. |

|
Sewerage
It has similar characteristics and design to the water distribution net. It runs along the Park gathering the liquid effluents to be transported to the Treatment Plant. |

|
Sewage Disposal Works
It works automatically; it can treat between 120 and 250 m3 per hour. It neutralizes the contaminating effects of the raw sewage by the use of activated aerobic bacterium which accelerates the cleaning process. |

Internal Street System
It is 10km long. The high resistance pavement, meant to be used in all the streets, is done in different steps. All of the streets are fit for traffic. |

|
Weighing Station
It has a Latorre scale, fit for all kinds of vehicles. It is equipped with an electronic head and anti-fraud system, which allows to weigh up to 80,000 k lorries. It also issues the corresponding ticket. |

Lightning Net – Internal and along the Perimeter.
The streets have galvanized iron columns that hold sodium lamps. The Park perimeter has 10m high concrete poles and lamps that run on mercury gas. |

|
Gualeguaychu Industrial Park Transforming Station
It is fed by a 33kv line that links the Electricity Cooperative Society and the Industrial Park. It transforms and reduces the tension from 33 to 13.2kv. It is delivered to each parcel. |

Forestation and Park Design
Both sides of all of the streets have different kinds of trees, which match the different terrains. There have been forestation campaigns along the borders of the perimeter, and green spaces within. |

Primary Customs Zone
It will soon be available for the companies in the Industrial Park. |
